Founder and Medical Director of AesthetiSpa, Dr. Christy Cone firmly believes in being your best self, both inside and out. In today’s hectic world, stress, sun, and just daily living can take a toll on all of us. Whether it’s sun damage, aging, acne, extra lumps and bumps, all of it affects our self-esteem, confidence and body image, which can lead to stress, anxiety, and depression. And in turn, that’ s what we end up presenting to the world.
